Principal’s Message

Dear Parents,

I do hope you all had a relaxing half term holiday break. It is wonderful to see the students again and especially looking so smart in their uniform – thank you so much for your support with this.

There are still a few students without appropriate uniform, so please do visit the school uniform shop if you still require certain items and ensure your child comes to school dressed appropriately.

Next Wednesday our Year 3 and 4 students will be visiting the Tashkent Polytechnic Museum as part of their new IPC unit work on ‘Bright Sparks’.

This promises to be a wonderful trip and I look forward to seeing how this wonderful experience will inspire them in their learning.

Congratulations to our u-15 and u-19 boys football teams who have completed the final group games with a fixture against Chirchik yesterday.

We look forward to hearing about their exploits in the finals.

Following on from the successful Primary School Parent Teacher consultations before the half term break, we will be conducting our Secondary School Parent Student Teacher consultations next Wednesday 10th November and the following Wednesday 17th November.

Please see the separate communication from Mr. Ellis for further details.

Next Thursday 11th November at 8:30 am in the School Auditorium, we will have our third Parents Information Session of the year.

We will focus on student behavior.

As always, please RSVP via: info@wistedu.com .

If you would like a particular area addressed or question answered, with regard to our student behaviour policy and procedures, please include this in your RSVP email.

Best regards,

Brian Platts

Principal
