Principal’s Message

Dear Parents,

A very happy and healthy New Year to you all.

It has been wonderful to start Term 2, albeit a bit later than we had anticipated.  It is only five weeks until half term, so it is imperative that we work intensely and with focus, to ensure all students make progress in their learning: a key factor in achieving this, is ensuring all students are in school each day, on time, and are focused on their learning.

In my email yesterday, I outlined that we are now able to allow Secondary students to recommence their learning, on campus, from this Monday 10th January.  Can I remind all parents to ensure that if your child has been abroad during the holiday, to ensure they have been tested for COVID before returning to campus and to send the negative test result to our school nurse at:  mukaddam.mirzaeva@wistedu.com.

Next Thursday at 8:30 am we have a Parents Information Session focusing on our Uzbek and Russian provision.  Please RSVP to:  info@wistedu.com by Monday please and if you have any questions you would like addressed, please include them in your RSVP.

Have a lovely weekend and I look forward to the seeing everybody on campus next week.

My very best,

Brian Platts

Principal
