Who’s My Secret Santa?

As part of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) topic “Let’s Celebrate”, our Year 2 students learned about the many types of celebrations and reasons to celebrate. In their lessons, they also discover how different occasions are celebrated in different cultures around the world. In keeping with the joyful Christmas atmosphere at WIST, Yr 2 Tigers decided to hold their own Secret Santa event! The students picked out a name of their classmate from inside a hat and bought him or her a present while keeping the name a secret! This helped the students to experience practising good deeds as well as being humble. Everyone had a wonderful time finding out who their Secret Santa was and this also brought them closer as classmates and as friends.
